At Biskilicious, every biscuit is handmade with love and care, especially for you. As such, our shipping and returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of our products.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. For large or corporate orders requiring delivery outside the UK, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Order Processing Time

As all biscuits are custom-made, please allow 5–10 working days from confirmation to dispatch.
During busy periods or for large/corporate orders, additional time may be required.
I recommend booking in advance, especially for weddings, baby showers, and events.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a reliable courier service, depending on the size and destination.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

I currently ship within the UK only.
If you require international delivery, please contact me directly to discuss options.

Delivery Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Free local collection from Maidstone is available by prior arrangement.

Packaging

All biscuits are carefully packaged in protective boxes or containers to prevent breakage.
Each biscuit is individually wrapped in cellophane or placed in jars/baskets as requested.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all biscuits are custom-made and perishable, I do not accept returns.

However, I want you to be 100% happy with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert your email address].
Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.
I’ll do my best to resolve the problem promptly – whether that means a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible, especially once ingredients have been purchased or baking has begun.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Custom design work is non-refundable once production has started.

Allergy & Dietary Information

Please inform me at the time of ordering if you require gluten-free or sugar-free options.
Although I offer "free from" options, all biscuits are made in a kitchen that handles:

Gluten
Eggs
Dairy
Nuts

Cross-contamination is minimised but cannot be guaranteed.
